Spider Pro warrants to the customer that the Spider Rack is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment of the product. Spider Pro’s sole obligation and Customer’s sole remedy in the event of a defect covered by this warranty will be, at Spider Pro’s option, to (a) replace the defective product, or (b) refund the purchase price paid by Customer. The Spider Rack has a one-year limited warranty.
The Spider Rack is to be used only for its intended purposes specified herein, namely, the drying of cabinet doors and other materials. Do not stand, lean or sit on the Spider Rack. Do not load the Spider Rack with materials in excess of 350 pounds. Do not subject the Spider Rack to temperatures in excess of 180 degrees. When disassembled, do not stand, sit or jump on the Spider Rack base.
Keep the Spider Rack out of the way of children. Do not allow children, or anyone to “play” with the arms or base of the Spider Rack.
To the full extent permissible by law Spider Pro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permissible by law Spider Pro will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Spider Rack, including, but not limited to direct, incidental, punitive and consequential damages unless otherwise specified in writing.
Returns will be accepted if the Spider Rack is in its original condition. Return refunds will be calculated as Spider Rack sales price less original shipping cost incurred by Spider Pro.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@spiderrack.com and explain your situation. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, your refund will be processed for the purchase amount LESS the cost of the return shipping. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
